Raising the output of your team

Working hard and generating higher productivity from employees is an aim for many businesses.

Does a hot and sweaty workforce benefit a business?   Don't be fooled by the winter months, its still warm outside.

Raising productivity

A comfortable working environment is an essential component for a successful business. The results of national YouGov survey of British office workers:

  • 62% are too hot during summer months
  • 63% say being too hot makes them sleepy and lethargic
  • 59% feel less productive due to the heat
  • 28% suffer from increased stress when too warm

Uncomfortable working conditions have an obvious negative effect on workforce happiness and productivity. An office that feels cool and fresh will be pleasant to work in and help create a positive working environment.

Improving your efficiency

Booth Air conditioning told My Business Magazine "The latest air-conditioning systems are efficient and effective and (when properly designed, installed and maintained) distribute cooling in a flexible and unobtrusive way.  This gives you the environment your workforce needs without draughts and noise. "

Why not ask Booth Air Conditioning, to look at your system?

They can design each system to suit the individual requirements of the project, providing optimum comfort for occupants while working within your budgets.
