Why bother with pay per click ads?

Pay per Click (PPC) is an advertising method used on search engines and advertising networks such as Google and Yahoo. Keywords relevant to your own target market are used to attract the ideal customer.

Your ads will then be displayed when your chosen keywords match those typed in by the customer in his search. These sponsored links or ads will appear with  other results on search engine pages.

The actual cost you pay per click depends on the demand for a particular keyword or key phrase.

The true cost

Advertisers only pay for their advert when the ad is clicked so this can be a very affordable and manageable way of advertising for any business. A fixed amount per click is usually charged, meaning that you are in control of your budget.

This means cost- effective and targeted marketing is available to any business, regardless of their size and, very importantly. It can produce instant results!

Very simply, this means that you are taking your products and services to the customer rather than trying to bring the customers to you.

How to to get off the blocks

You need to talk to someone who has a good understanding of the market who can advise you about budgets, keywords and the wording for your adverts.

The key to success is getting all these different things right.

Your whole campaign can be totally flexible and can be altered along the way in order to maximise your response and avoid any wasted expenditure.
